At CavityColors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your horror-inspired gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
